Proper care and maintenance of leather shoes will help to ensure their longevity in wear. Please do follow the guidelines underneath. Try to avoid wearing your new shoes in the rain. Preferably wear your new shoes at least 4 or 5 times in dry weather conditions, as wet sole leather will wear out twice as quickly as dry sole leather. Leather soles might be slippery and if you don’t want to slip in for example an airport hall, cut open a potato and rub it into the soles of your shoes.
